Bürkert, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of control and measurement systems for liquids and gases, has announced the launch of its new Virtual Water Treatment Works (VWTW). Designed to allow easy online access to the latest Bürkert water industry products, the virtual site shows products in the context of their application. It combines interactive content such as videos and animated 3D renders with information essentials such as downloadable brochures and latest news feeds.
Segmented into individual processing areas, users can access all facets of the facility from the pumping station to storm tanks. Inside each sector, hot spots denote areas of product application, expanding to provide interactive 3D models and videos of products plus information including brochures, case studies and specifications. Intuitive and technically accurate, the Bürkert Virtual Water Treatment Works allows total exploration of water processing areas.
Navigation is supplemented by an intuitive graphical interface and smooth animations between sections and products. Users can even take an aerial tour via animated fly over. A search function also enables specifiers to snap to their area of interest or product reference instantly, making the Bürkert Virtual Water Treatment the ultimate product range reference tool for the water industry.
Products combined into solutions featured on the site include the popular Type 8619 multiCELL controller, the versatile Oxidatorbox and many more. Combined with the Bürkert website and eShop, users have all the tools necessary to make a purchasing decision while at the comfort of their desk.
